What is Roulette Game and How Does it Work?

Roulette is a classic casino game that has been around for centuries. The objective of the game is to guess which number or color on the wheel will be spun.
Players place bets on their selection and then spin the wheel in hopes of winning their bet.

A typical roulette wheel consists of 38 numbers ranging from 0-36, with an additional double zero (00) slot.
Each number is either red or black and alternate around the wheel, with all odd numbers being black, except 0 and 00, which are green. To begin playing, players place chips on the betting layout representing specific outcomes.
Such as choosing one single number, combinations of two, four or six numbers, different colors and so forth.

The dealer spins the wheel, drops the ball onto it, and once the ball comes to rest in one of the numbered slots, winners are determined by those who have placed bets on the corresponding outcome. Depending on what they bet, players can win up to 35x their original wager.
Or at least get some of their money back if they've wagered on something like “Odd” or “Even.”

Roulette remains an iconic casino game and despite its reputation as a source of entertainment, there are strategies you can use to increase your chances of success.
